Harry and Cheryl Salem at Word of Life

Harry and Cheryl Salem are a powerhouse couple for Jesus, and their testimony of how God can bring victory through adversity is evident in their ministry. At a young age, Cheryl was involved in an accident that nearly took her life and left her crippled. After doctors told her she could never walk again, she defied all the odds and walked down the runway as she was crowned Miss America in 1980. Harry had a burdensome childhood at age 10 after his father passed away; leaving him with the mandate to be the man of the house for his mother and sisters. Over the years I have seen all kinds of musical talents from different parts of the country and the world. That's me performing at the Word of Life talent contest on October 2008, and following this performance I held a beatbox workshop at Word of Life Academy. I was invited to Word of Life for these specific events by different parties, and knew of the beatbox workshop first. This video showcases my first time at Word of Life, and I now consider Word of Life my home church. Praise the Lord!
