A while back Hawaii-Aloha Travel's Bruce Fisher, whom I first met during the TEDx Honolulu 2009 conference and reunited with at the [Re]Think: Hawaii 2010 conference, invited me to open for Makana at HAT's Annual Appreciation Party. I was impressed about the thought put into how they made the program for guests look like airplane travel tickets. I'm a dork for that, because I love travel. After my solo set... Makana and I reunited on stage closer to the end of his set with Gerardo Velez (percussionist for Jimi Hendrix & more). It was truly an honor to be part of HAT's Party filled with fun as well as laughter and my overall impression is that Bruce is an amazing boss for his HAT agents. I mentioned to Bruce that I experienced the best crowd for my "Boom Clap Boom Boom Clap" number, hands down. When you're looking for great travel vacation deals then Hawaii-Aloha Travel is the website to browse.
Here's an impromptu freestyle at the HAT party.
Bruce requested that I perform Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean."

The t-shirt I'm sporting is the NEW Freelance Clothing "1 Up" from the "BUMP" series.
Big thanks to Colleen Ricci for the photo and videos. Here's HAT's blog entry about the party and a bonus video courtesy of Cindy Scheopner. I also would like to thank Bruce and Yaling for putting together a wonderful event!
