Now while people have been buzzing about the Dark Knight, Wall-E, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, Hancock, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Kung Fu Panda, Wanted, Hellboy II: the Golden Army, and all those other blockbuster goodies coming out. There is one Art House release that I'm most anticipating to see over any other movie coming out right now, and that is Mongol. The movie poster simply state, "The Untold Story of Genghis Khan." Since Mongol is an Art House independant film, it's only playing in select areas. So be sure to check whether or not it will be or is showing in yours. On O`ahu, it's now playing at Kahala 8 Cinema.
Anyway check this out:

Review:
"Mongol" delves into the dramatic and harrowing early years of Genghis Khan, who was born as Temudgin in 1162. As it follows Temudgin from his perilous childhood to the battle that sealed his destiny, the film paints a multidimensional portrait of the future conqueror, revealing him not as the evil brute of hoary stereotype, but as an inspiring, fearless and visionary leader. "Mongol" shows us the making of an extraordinary man, and the foundation on which so much of his greatness rested: his relationship with his wife, Borte, his lifelong love and most trusted advisor.
